In July, APCER has certified that the Quality Management System (QMS) of FastFiber meets the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2015.
Since its creation, in April 2020, FastFiber has been working on the implementation of a transparent, flexible, and sustainable management model, based on an in-depth knowledge of all its activities and its control. In 2021, FastFiber settled the goal to achieve the certification of its quality management system, under the standard ISO 9001:2015.
FastFiber employees embraced the challenge of improving and tailoring all processes and documents to meet the requirements of the standard. It took around twelve months of a long, intense and rewarding teamwork, in which the entire Organization actively collaborated, and that allowed to achieve the proposed goal.
This certification reinforces FastFiber’s commitment to the continuous improvement of its business, with the focus of providing a service of excellence to its customers.
